Good shepherd and the world
November 26, 9:45 am
Advent Wreath Making for the Entire Parish.
Join us as we all gather together for fellowship and fun to create Advent wreaths for our tables at home. We will also explore the history of Advent Wreaths and meaning of the candles and the marking of the weeks of preparation for the coming of the Christ child. We will provide candle sets, bases and some basic greenery. If you have access to greenery like holly, evergreen cuttings, even pine cones, please bring some to share. This is a time to be creative and play. You may want to add creative touches like pine cones, ribbon, small Christmas balls, or small angels to dress up your wreath. Each family or home will be able to create a wreath.
